ISO 17025 / Malaysia Standards Sensor Calibration

DICKSON has its own in-house ISO 17025-accredited laboratory complying with the rigorous ISO/IEC 17025 international standard. Our laboratory offers NIST-traceable calibration for various sensors and different target ranges and applications. The laboratory also performs thermal mapping as an optional service.

Above 90 years of Experience

Why Choose Dickson’s Sensor Calibration Service?

Our sensors are calibrated according to your specifications at our laboratory before delivery. Sensors are accompanied by either an ISO 17025 certificate or a Dickson (Oceasoft) laboratory certificate.

Correctly calibrated sensors are essential to remaining compliant and protecting your assets. Due to natural wear and tear, sensors lose their pinpoint accuracy over time.

Our Smar-sensor technology allow you to recalibrated conveniently your sensors by exchanging them. With this service, Dickson sends you a new sensor and you simply return your old sensor after handling the exchange on-site. This avoids down-time and traceability interruptions.

ISO/IEC 17025 and Malaysia Standards Calibration, but also...

Dickson’s sensors are calibrated by highly trained calibration technicians compliantly with classics, Malaysia Standards, ISO/IEC 17025 standard. This ensures our calibrations have the highest possible chain of compliance and that your sensors accurately reflect your environment.

Dickson Smart-Sensors™

A plug-and-play calibration solution, our Smart-Sensor™ technology means zero downtime when it comes to recalibration. Complete calibration information is contained directly in the sensor, so all you have to do is replace the old sensor without powering down or unplugging your device.

ISO 17025 accredited

Dickson’s ISO 17025 / Malaysia Standards accredited lab means accurate calibration. ISO 17025 is the international accreditation recognized for issuing accreditations.

Step by Step

How Calibration Works

1

We place the sensor and a reference standard in a stable environment.

Stable environments are essential to calibrations. We can’t assume any temperature, humidity, CO2, or other value without the use of a standard reference probe and specialized equipment to create a confined, stable environment.

2

If there are any differences, we give you the parameters to align with the standard reference probe.

After comparison is made across a standard or custom range of setpoint values, we observe how far off your sensor was from our standard. We then calculate correction coefficients to adjust readings to align with the standard measurement.

3

We perform adjustment if needed and supply you with an NF EN ISO/IEC 17025, NIST- traceable, or Dickson laboratory certificate.

If your sensor isn’t reading temperature, humidity, or other values accurately, we adjust it. Adjustments for Smart-Sensors are stored directly in the sensor’s on-board memory. We provide you with a calibration certificate for each calibrated sensor.
